How does Loop360 work?

1. Sign Up Confirmation

   1. A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm your selections and obtain any outstanding details necessary for making the sign-up process seamless!

2. Initial Set Up

   1. In your Loop360 Portal, you’ll receive the forms (waivers, notices, application forms, sign-up forms) necessary to enroll your family member(s) in your desired programs. We’ll ask you to review any documents that require permission or waivers.

   2. Digitally sign where needed.

   3. If payments or fees are collected by the organization(s) you’re signing up with, we’ll collect those through our portal when you digitally sign your forms.

3. Set it and Forget it!

   1. We’ll fill out the remaining forms based on the information you provided us.

   2. We’ll submit the forms when registration opens for your desired event.

4. Notifications

   1. You will be notified when your registration has been submitted!

   2. Registrations will be submitted by The Loop on a first-come, first-served basis. See our FAQ section for more information.

   3. In the unlikely event you are waitlisted for an event, we will notify you of your Waitlist status, and issue any applicable refund of your registration fee. See our FAQ section for more information.

   4. You can opt-in to Calendar updates for the important dates specific to your selected events!

5. Annual Updates

   1. You will have year-round access to your Loop360 portal, and you can notify us of new activities at any time. From piano lessons to travel soccer, we’ll get you registered!
